The Tribe FTP

The members of the tribe each have there own unique talents Shatiq has a keen sense of taste. He has a knack for knowing when things are missing or flavors alerted. That’s why he is quality control. Ericka has the passion for baking and creating desserts and treats. Ericka is our junior baker. Enijah has a talent for throwing things together in the kitchen exposing different flavor profiles. That is why she is the ‘sou chef“. 

Eric has a keen eye for attention to detail and he can adapt to either the sweet or savory side of the kitchen. Eric is also the numbers guy he does the marketing. Elyjah and Shaliayah help when they can. These two are the youngest of our tribe they enjoy helping on deliveries and telling people about upcoming events. They charm everyone they meet.

We are a Family Faith based Catering Business.

Eric is the face  savory side of the business. He discovered his passion for cooking from his Grandmother in a household of 9 children and 15 grandchildren. He is a Bridgeport CT native with a true southern charm. He decided to continue his education in Culinary arts at Loring Job Core Center in Maine. He shares the value of,

The Triple F Concept Faith Family Food. 

He has learned the joy of catering from the numerous birthday parties that get thrown over the years as a father to 6. He lives for the joy that comes from one’s belly to soul at the bite of one of his dishes. He is an encouraging and dedicated husband.

Meet The Taste Creator

Shatiqua is a wife and a young mother to (6) six amazing children who has turned her kitchen experiments for her family. Into these delectable dishes that are now presented to you all. 

She attended the Culinary Program at NCC which she majored in Hospitality Management and minored in Culinary Arts. 

She has a knack for taking a recipe and finessing it to her own. She has a motto,  

“ Why fit in when you’re meant  to stand out”.

She has competed in competitions such as the Greatest Baker 22 and Your Favorite Chef. She puts such pride and attention to detail into all her work. 

Her values are the Triple F Concept, 

“ Faith – Family – Food.”
